Refund and Returns Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law. It is important to check your goods as soon as they are received. If a product is received damaged or faulty, we will replace and/or refund it based on the nature of the damage or fault.

Returned goods must be in their original packaging with all parts, accessories, and manuals and be in original condition.

Perfect Image will only accept the return of goods that have been supplied incorrectly.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. Perfect Image will not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
